What counts?
Projects: Archived projects count towards the total limit, but not the active-project limit. They remain readable and can be used as sources when copying meals.
Members: The owner and valid pending invitations are included. A person can belong to several workspaces. Invited members do not need their own subscription.
AI requests: The allowance is shared within a workspace and applies per calendar month in the Berlin time zone. Failed requests release their allowance again.
Plan limits: When a limit is reached, existing data is preserved. You can add more once capacity is freed up or a larger plan applies.
Trial: A one-time seven-day Family trial, without payment details or an automatic subscription. Continued planning then requires a subscription.
A subscription applies to one workspace. Its owner manages plan changes, payment details and cancellation in settings.
