Plan together for free
During the enabled beta, all four plans are free. You choose a plan and its project, member, AI and feature limits already apply. No payment details are required. No paid subscription starts automatically.
Who can take part
New spaces and existing unpaid spaces can participate after accepting the beta rules. Legacy spaces and existing paid subscriptions remain unchanged. Outstanding payment attempts must be checked before switching.
The end of beta and your data
We announce the end at least 14 days in advance by email to owners and in the app. Planning remains available until that date. Beta spaces are then paused: you can read for another 30 days; owners can export regardless of their plan or subscribe. Without a subscription, the space and its planning data are then deleted. Other spaces and global accounts are handled separately.
Continue without starting over
When you first subscribe, you enter payment details with Stripe. Only confirmed payment reactivates the same space. Accounts, memberships and planning data are retained. There is no automatic charge for the beta period.
50% loyalty discount
If you start your first paid subscription within the transition period, you receive 50% off the then-current price of that plan. The discount continues for as long as the same subscription remains uninterrupted without a plan change. It is not a guarantee of a fixed euro price. The discount is shown at checkout and cannot be combined with other discounts.
When is the discount retained?
You can switch plans for free during beta. Only your first paid plan establishes the discount entitlement, and you may choose a smaller plan then. Switching between monthly and annual billing, changing payment method or a simple plan rename does not end the discount. Temporary payment problems or a cancellation withdrawn before it takes effect do not automatically end it.
When does the discount end?
An effective plan change after the first paid subscription, or final termination of the subscription, permanently ends the discount. Switching back or starting a new subscription does not restore it. Before confirming a plan change, we show the loss of discount and when it takes effect. A failed change does not end the discount.
Smaller plan, existing content
A downgrade does not delete existing content. When limits are exceeded, planning changes are blocked; reading, export and reducing usage remain available. Existing private sharing stays protected. New features follow the selected plan; previous AI usage is not reset.
Reminders and outages
We notify you of the pause and remind you seven and two days before scheduled deletion. Missing confirmed mail dispatch or an unresolved payment status prevents automatic deletion; necessary deadlines are extended. Your current deadline is shown in your space.
Demo alongside beta
The 7-day demo is available alongside free beta plans. The demo alone does not qualify for the 50% loyalty discount. Switching to an available beta plan keeps the space and its data; beta participation establishes discount eligibility under the beta rules.
Plan changes and billing
During the free beta, upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. For paid subscriptions, upgrades take effect after successful payment and downgrades at the next monthly subscription anniversary. Scheduled changes can be changed or cancelled beforehand. Data exceeding limits is retained; planning changes are blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded. Reading, export and reducing usage remain available.
On an early downgrade of an annual subscription, the unused prepaid period is applied as Stripe credit. If annual billing is selected, a new annual subscription to the smaller plan starts on the change date. Credit is not paid out automatically. The price, date, estimated credit and any additional payment are shown before confirmation. Plan changes keep the same account and space.
